The story
It started at the counter.
Every small business knows the quarterly panic: sales that were guessed rather than recorded, receipts lost on the way to the accountant, and a tax office that expects the numbers to add up. Fizzy started there: with a till that records every sale once, seals it, and never lets it be quietly changed. Then we certified the payments with Worldline so the money and the record can never disagree. We keep it simple on purpose. Our whole job is making an operation this simple stop feeling this hard.

He runs product. Seventeen years in electronics retail taught him where a working day actually goes: Media Markt, then Samsung, where he led regional sales and ran the nationwide training platform. Then he founded his own company, and this time the paperwork was his. Fizzy and Baslic are the two halves of that day, the counter and the ledger, and he decides what each builds next.

He writes the software and keeps the machines under it running. For twenty years he did both at the same desk: systems built in PHP, Python and JavaScript/TypeScript, and under them the Linux and Windows servers, firewalls and backups they stand on. In Denmark he ran the IT for dental clinics, where a dead payment terminal costs a day of business. Fizzy and Baslic are built to be dull because the person writing them knows what breaks at three in the morning.
Onur Özsoy
CFO
A banker before a CFO: corporate credit at Citibank and Denizbank, then the department that deals with loans after they go bad. He has read the books of companies in trouble and audited the ones that were not, and he studied law alongside business administration. He sets our numbers, our prices and the discipline behind both. When Baslic gets a rule wrong, he is the one who notices.

Fizzy, and its sister product Baslic, the auditable tax engine, are built by Fidanet Solution Oy, a Finnish company registered in Espoo. Bootstrapped, hands-on, and currently a small team. Together the two products form one auditable money trail: from the money coming in at the counter to the tax return going out.
