Hardware · SUNMI

The counter, on SUNMI.

Fizzy now ships on SUNMI hardware: Android counter terminals, self-service kiosks, cloud printers and the peripherals around them. One partner for the devices, one system on all of them, and the same sealed ledger whichever you pick.

SUNMI T3 Family counter terminal with a staff display and a customer-facing second screen

SUNMI T3 Family · staff screen, customer screen, one counter.

The partnership

One hardware partner, chosen on purpose.

SUNMI builds Android business hardware and nothing else, in one family, with one operating system across the whole range. That matters more than a spec sheet: a café, a supermarket lane and a self-service kiosk end up on the same platform, so what you learn on one device carries to the next.

One system, every size

The same Fizzy runs on a 10-inch mini terminal, a 15.6-inch counter unit and a floor-standing kiosk. Staff training transfers, and so does the sealed ledger.

Android, not a locked box

Fizzy runs in the browser on SUNMI OS, so a device is never the thing that traps your data. If the hardware changes, the ledger does not.

Payments stay certified

Card acceptance still runs through your Worldline agreement, on the terminal that agreement supplies. The counter hardware and the payment rails are deliberately separate.

Counter terminals

Four counters, one operating system.

All of them are Android, all of them run SUNMI OS, and all of them take Fizzy in the browser. What changes is the screen, what is built into the base, and how much counter you are willing to give up.

SUNMI D3 MINI compact desktop terminal with a built-in receipt printer

D3 MINI

Smallest footprint

The compact one. Printer, scanner and NFC inside a body that fits a food truck, a market stall or a counter that is already full.

  • 10.1″ touchscreen, printer and NFC built in
  • 58 mm or 80 mm printer at 100 mm/s
  • Qualcomm hexa-core, 3 GB RAM, 32 GB storage
  • Battery on the 58 mm version, over 4 h
SUNMI D3 Family terminals with a main screen and a customer-facing display

D3 Family

The standard counter

The one most counters end up on. A full 15.6-inch screen, the printer already in the base, and enough headroom that a busy Friday does not slow it down.

  • 15.6″ FHD screen, metal finish
  • Built-in 80 mm printer
  • Android 14 with SUNMI OS 4.0, octa-core
  • Optional magnetic-stripe reader for loyalty cards
SUNMI D3 PRO desktop terminal with a thin-bezel screen on an aluminium stand

D3 PRO

Front of house

The one you put where customers can see it. Aluminium body, almost no bezel, and the cables routed out of sight through the stand.

  • 15.6″ thin-bezel FHD, 81% screen-to-body
  • Aluminium body, cables concealed in the stand
  • 4 GB RAM, 64 GB storage, SUNMI OS 4.0
  • Optional 10″ customer display, optional fingerprint unlock
SUNMI T3 Family terminal with its Z-shaped stand and two displays

T3 Family

Up to three screens

For a counter that is also the shopfront. The main screen flips between staff and customer, and a third display can run promotions while you ring up.

  • Flipping main display, up to three screens
  • Die-cast metal Z-shaped body, cables hidden
  • Qualcomm platform, around 20% faster than T2
  • Printer removes in seconds for a paper jam

Configurations differ by region. Tell us the country and we will confirm what is actually available before you order.

Which one belongs on your counter.

Every one of them runs the same Fizzy. Pick on screen size, on whether the printer has to be inside the unit, and on whether the customer needs a screen of their own.

No hardware at all is also an option: Fizzy runs in any modern browser on a tablet or laptop you already own.

SUNMI V3 MIX handheld terminal seated in its cradle

Away from the counter

V3 MIX

Around 700 grams, with the printer, the 2D scanner and NFC in the same hand. Take the order at the table, print the ticket there, then drop it back in the cradle and it is a counter terminal again.

  • Built-in printer, 2D scanner and NFC
  • About 700 g, battery for the shift
  • Rotatable cradle turns it into a fixed till
  • USB customer display, wall mount and shoulder strap available

Table service, drive-through, stock counts and queue-busting all run on the same device.

Self-service

When the customer rings it up.

A kiosk is still a counter as far as the ledger is concerned: every self-checkout writes the same sealed entry, with the kiosk recorded in place of a staff member.

SUNMI K2 floor-standing self-service kiosk on a pedestal

K2

Floor standing

The full kiosk, on its own pedestal. Configurations exist for retail, restaurants and healthcare, so the same frame handles a supermarket lane and a clinic reception.

  • Qualcomm octa-core to 2.7 GHz, 6 GB RAM, 128 GB
  • Seiko 58 or 80 mm print engine, up to 250 mm/s
  • Wi-Fi on 2.4, 5 and 6 GHz
  • NFC with SoftPOS support
SUNMI K2 MINI countertop self-service kiosk with two screens

K2 MINI

On the counter

Ten kilos, out of the box, no assembly. It sits on the counter you already have, and staff can lean over and take the transaction back at any point.

  • Two screens, 15.6″ vertical for the customer
  • Seiko 58 or 80 mm printer
  • Built-in camera, forward-tilted scanner
  • Around 10 kg, ships assembled

Printers

Tickets that reach the kitchen.

A terminal with a printer inside covers the counter. The kitchen, the pick-up shelf and the shelf edge need their own.

SUNMI 80mm kitchen cloud printer

80 mm Kitchen Cloud Printer

Prints counter orders and online orders on the same roll. Oil-repellent housing, IP52, and every opening under 0.8 mm so the kitchen stays out of it. Desk or wall.

SUNMI 80mm label printer

80 mm Label Printer

Receipt roll, label stock and linerless labels in one machine, with an optional scanning module so the same unit reads and prints. One USB cable carries power and data.

FZ-80P thermal receipt printer with a top-loading paper lid

FZ-80P printer

99 EUR

The plain counter printer, still in the range. 250 mm/s, 203 dpi, 80 mm roll, auto cutter rated to 1.5 million cuts. USB, serial and Ethernet in one unit.

Scanners and drawers.

The parts a busy counter actually wears out. All of them work with hardware you already have, on Windows, Linux, Android, macOS and iOS.

SUNMI 2D handheld barcode scanner on its stand

2D Handheld Scanner

Barcodes and payment codes, off paper and off phone screens. It buzzes as well as beeps, so a scan is not missed in a loud room. Trigger rated to three million presses, survives a 1.2 m drop.

SUNMI MAX cash drawer

MAX Cash Drawer

Fixed and removable coin trays, and a media slot that takes cheques and card receipts without opening the drawer. Fits over 20 currencies, holds 10 kg on the lid, rated past a million operations.

FZ-DW01 metal cash drawer with a three-position lock in the front panel

FZ-DW01 drawer

89 EUR

The standard drawer, still in the range. 40.5 × 43 × 9 cm metal body, 3-position lock, RJ11. Seven note and four coin compartments, adjustable and removable.

Network

The counter stays online, or it does not stop anyway.

Fizzy is offline-first, so a dropped connection never stops a sale. These are for the places where you would rather it did not drop at all: back rooms, cellars, warehouses, terraces.

SUNMI MINI AP wireless access point

MINI AP

Wi-Fi

An access point built for walls and interference rather than living rooms. It drops into the network you already have; you do not replace anything.

  • Up to 64 devices at once
  • Better wall penetration than office Wi-Fi
  • Adds to an existing network, no rebuild

Range figures published by SUNMI are open-air lab results. In the EU the usable range is lower, because radio power is capped by CE rules.

SUNMI W1s 4G Wi-Fi base station

W1s

4G backup

A 4G Wi-Fi base station for counters without a fixed line, and for the ones where the fixed line cannot be trusted on a Saturday.

  • 4G uplink, Wi-Fi for the counter
  • For pop-ups, markets and new sites
  • Needs a data SIM from your operator

Three shapes of counter.

Most orders land close to one of these. They are a starting point for the quote, not a fixed package: swap anything, and the price follows what you actually take.

Hardware is quoted with your plan rather than listed per unit, because the configuration changes what it costs. Tell us the counter and you get one number. Chains and custom fleets: talk to us.

What happens after you order.

Configured before it ships

Your outlets, VAT categories, staff accounts and receipt layout are set up before the box leaves us, so the counter works the hour it arrives.

Delivery across the Nordics

Shipped to Finland, Sweden and Denmark. Ask us about other EU countries and we will tell you honestly whether we can support you there yet.

Warranty and replacement

Manufacturer warranty on every unit, handled by us rather than by you. Hardware bought outright is yours on delivery once paid; units supplied within a bundle agreement stay ours until settled.

If a terminal dies mid-shift

Fizzy is offline-first and browser-based, so you keep selling on a phone or tablet while the unit is swapped. Nothing sealed is lost.

Bring your own

Already have terminals, printers or scanners? Most standard hardware works, and Fizzy runs in the browser regardless. Send us the model numbers and we will check before you spend anything.

One system, on the hardware that fits your counter.

Or start in the browser today, with no hardware at all.
