The counter, on SUNMI.
Fizzy now ships on SUNMI hardware: Android counter terminals, self-service kiosks, cloud printers and the peripherals around them. One partner for the devices, one system on all of them, and the same sealed ledger whichever you pick.
Quoted with your plan · shipped and configured across FI, SE and DK
SUNMI T3 Family · staff screen, customer screen, one counter.
The partnership
One hardware partner, chosen on purpose.
SUNMI builds Android business hardware and nothing else, in one family, with one operating system across the whole range. That matters more than a spec sheet: a café, a supermarket lane and a self-service kiosk end up on the same platform, so what you learn on one device carries to the next.
One system, every size
The same Fizzy runs on a 10-inch mini terminal, a 15.6-inch counter unit and a floor-standing kiosk. Staff training transfers, and so does the sealed ledger.
Android, not a locked box
Fizzy runs in the browser on SUNMI OS, so a device is never the thing that traps your data. If the hardware changes, the ledger does not.
Payments stay certified
Card acceptance still runs through your Worldline agreement, on the terminal that agreement supplies. The counter hardware and the payment rails are deliberately separate.
Counter terminals
Four counters, one operating system.
All of them are Android, all of them run SUNMI OS, and all of them take Fizzy in the browser. What changes is the screen, what is built into the base, and how much counter you are willing to give up.
Configurations differ by region. Tell us the country and we will confirm what is actually available before you order.
Which one belongs on your counter.
Every one of them runs the same Fizzy. Pick on screen size, on whether the printer has to be inside the unit, and on whether the customer needs a screen of their own.

Away from the counter
V3 MIX
Around 700 grams, with the printer, the 2D scanner and NFC in the same hand. Take the order at the table, print the ticket there, then drop it back in the cradle and it is a counter terminal again.
- ▪Built-in printer, 2D scanner and NFC
- ▪About 700 g, battery for the shift
- ▪Rotatable cradle turns it into a fixed till
- ▪USB customer display, wall mount and shoulder strap available
Table service, drive-through, stock counts and queue-busting all run on the same device.
Self-service
When the customer rings it up.
A kiosk is still a counter as far as the ledger is concerned: every self-checkout writes the same sealed entry, with the kiosk recorded in place of a staff member.
Printers
Tickets that reach the kitchen.
A terminal with a printer inside covers the counter. The kitchen, the pick-up shelf and the shelf edge need their own.
Scanners and drawers.
The parts a busy counter actually wears out. All of them work with hardware you already have, on Windows, Linux, Android, macOS and iOS.
Network
The counter stays online, or it does not stop anyway.
Fizzy is offline-first, so a dropped connection never stops a sale. These are for the places where you would rather it did not drop at all: back rooms, cellars, warehouses, terraces.
Three shapes of counter.
Most orders land close to one of these. They are a starting point for the quote, not a fixed package: swap anything, and the price follows what you actually take.
Café
One counterOne person on the till, tickets going to the kitchen, a queue that moves in bursts.
Shop
Scan-heavyA product list in the thousands, shelf labels that change, and a customer who wants to see the total.
Self-service
Second laneA staffed counter that gets a self-checkout beside it, so the queue splits instead of growing.
Hardware is quoted with your plan rather than listed per unit, because the configuration changes what it costs. Tell us the counter and you get one number. Chains and custom fleets: talk to us.
What happens after you order.
Configured before it ships
Your outlets, VAT categories, staff accounts and receipt layout are set up before the box leaves us, so the counter works the hour it arrives.
Delivery across the Nordics
Shipped to Finland, Sweden and Denmark. Ask us about other EU countries and we will tell you honestly whether we can support you there yet.
Warranty and replacement
Manufacturer warranty on every unit, handled by us rather than by you. Hardware bought outright is yours on delivery once paid; units supplied within a bundle agreement stay ours until settled.
If a terminal dies mid-shift
Fizzy is offline-first and browser-based, so you keep selling on a phone or tablet while the unit is swapped. Nothing sealed is lost.
Bring your own
Already have terminals, printers or scanners? Most standard hardware works, and Fizzy runs in the browser regardless. Send us the model numbers and we will check before you spend anything.
One system, on the hardware that fits your counter.
Or start in the browser today, with no hardware at all.
